Inspired by Jamie Cullums song “ Next Year”, students rewrote the lyrics and presented their resolutions for this new school year.

This is a selection from class D, 10th grade kids.

Wonderful World

A wonderful world is a dream
And I dream every day.
But when I wake up, everything changes
It’s different…
The trees fall, the water disappears,
The Earth shakes of pain
And bleeds in its big mountains
And I’m only scared.
So, I close my eyes and dream,
I dream about when everything will change.

I think to myself
What have you done
To our dear home?

We just don’t have regrets,
We just don’t think,
Someday when we need,
We won’t have water to drink.

And now I wonder why
How we can look into the sky?
So quietly…
So sweetly…
If our world might not be
The best place for you and me.

The flowers are beautiful,
The animals aren’t crying,
