Halloween 2013
On the thirty-first of October, Halloween is
celebrated.
Kids and adults dress up as monsters, celebrities,
characters from books or even objects
and trees. From 10 0’clock to midnight, the streets are filled with people
trick or treating.
Trick or treating
is when you ring on somebody’s
doorbell and shout “Trick or Treat” and,
sometimes, they trick you and throw
water or toilet paper with glue at you or they treat you and they give you some
money or sweets or sometimes both. People usually put pumpkins that have been
carved into scary faces outside their houses and put a candle inside the
pumpkin to show that they are giving tricks or treats.
Happy Halloween!
